APPLICATION AND ENROLMENT OF CANDIDATES FOR I, II, AND III CYCLE OF ACADEMIC STUDIES AT THE UNIVERSITY "ECONOMICS ACADEMY" BRCKO DISTRICT OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA
I CYCLE OF ACADEMIC STUDIES
ENROLMENT CONDITIONS:
A person who has completed four-year secondary education can enroll in the first year of basic academic studies. A candidate who applies for enrolment in the first year of basic academic studies selects faculty and takes an exam to test knowledge, i.e. preferences and abilities.
Pre-enrolment testing is conducted by solving the tests that are posted on the website of the University and are performed on the premises of the University "Economics Academy" Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Testing can also be done electronically through the website www.privrednaakademija.edu.ba
The list of candidates for enrolment in the first year of study is determined on the basis of general achievement in secondary education, at graduation, and results achieved at the exam to test knowledge, i.e., preferences and abilities. The ranking list is made according to the total number of points of each candidate according to the established criteria. The candidate can win a maximum of 100 points.
General success in high school means the sum of average grades from all subjects in the first, second, third, and fourth grades, multiplied by 2 (two). On this basis, the candidate can gain a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 40 points. At the exam for testing knowledge, i.e., preferences and abilities, the candidate can win up to 60 points.
The Faculty determines the Temporary ranking list of all candidates with the total number of points obtained according to all criteria set by these rules.
A participant in the competition who considers that the order of candidates on the Temporary Ranking List has not been determined in the manner provided by the Rulebook may file a complaint to the Teaching-Scientific Council of the Faculty where they applied for admission, within three days of publishing the Temporary Ranking List. The Faculty Council decides the case on appeal within 24 hours of admission. After deciding on the received complaints, the faculty determines and publishes the Final ranking list of all candidates with the total number of points obtained according to all criteria determined by these rules.

- certificate of passing the exam to check knowledge or preferences and abilities
- 2 photos for the index

- proof of payment of tuition fees.

II CYCLE OF ACADEMIC STUDIES
ENROLMENT CONDITIONS:
- achieved 240 ECTS at the previous level of studies;

- certified photocopy of first cycle diploma
- birth certificate and ID card
- two photos for the index
- certificate of Citizenship
III CYCLE OF ACADEMIC STUDIES
ENROLMENT CONDITIONS:
- achieved 300 ECTS in previous cycles of study
The Commission for Admission to Doctoral Academic Studies will evaluate the fulfillment of formal and essential conditions for enrolment in the subject studies.
Documents required for enrolment:
- certified photocopy of the two previous cycles’ diploma
- birth certificate and ID card
- two photographs for the index
- biography
- certificate of Citizenship
